After reading Amy’s Bread I think well know business owners have a key role in making a good product and also creating a good workplace. Most of the business owner like Amy dreams big but have more than less backup they can ever imagine (Hisrich, 1990). They arrange loans from families and friends because money is the major factor. They also find an abandoned place for starting their business. They start with 5-6 dedicated employees and then slowly hire others by explaining to them the reasons. Soon they will start increasing their business in the retail and normal market (Hisrich, 1990). One marketing technique that many successful businesses maintain is giving importance to holidays. The second is to distinguish the most effective organizational structure following the expansion.
